Shipping & Delivery

General
● Our local and international shipping provider is PostNL.
● We normally ship within 1-3 working days if in stock and after payment.
● We always ship items insured and with a signature on delivery.
● You will receive a track & trace code once your item has arrived at PostNL.
● Be sure your shipping address is (and remains) correct. We ship to address specified at (pre)order time.
● We are not responsible for a wrongly filled in shipping address.
● We reserve the right to refuse any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Oversized products
If one of the package sides is more than 100cm and/or product weight is above 20 kg these are your options:
● Pickup by appointment in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
● Shipping at own risk using a pallet/courier service.
● Costs vary between €75 - €250 depending on your location in Europe.
● Always get in contact with us before ordering!

Shipping rates
● Shipping rates can be found on each products' shipping tab.
● Total shipping costs are calculated at checkout in your shopping cart.
● In case of oversized and/or heavy items shipping rates on request.
● Check our Shipping Rates Table for a full list of shipping rates.
● Outside the EU additional customs-related fees may apply.

Preorder items
● The shipping rate of preorder items depends on exact weight, size and number of boxes.
● Specified weight is usually only an estimation at preorder time.
● Shipping rate will be determined at time of fulfillment (can be higher than originally estimated!)
● We will e-mail you about shipping & handling costs once product has arrived in our warehouse.

Although most parcels arrive in the timeframe specified by our shipping provider, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volumes of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. We have no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. We are also not responsible for damage or loss due to shipment.

If your package does not arrive within 30 days please contact us so we can start a postal service investigation for your package.
