On the Pride Lands, in Africa, hundreds of animals gather around the Pride Rock, a pulpit of rocks used by the ruler to answer the pleas of his subjects and for celebrations. For everyone present there, Rafiki, the wise shaman Mandrill, advisor to the kingdom, raises in his hands, presenting to the animals gathered there, the small Simba, newborn prince cub, heir of the Kingdom. Replicating one of the most striking scenes from the 32nd Walt Disney Animated Classics animated feature film, Iron Studios present the statue ''Lion King - Disney Classics 100 Years – Art Scale 1:10'', another awarded classic, selected to be preserved in the National Film Registry by the U.S. Library of Congress for being culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant, adding to their line of statues celebrating the 100 years of Disney by Iron Studios.

Following the collection's standard, Iron Studios will also release the version of the statue ''Lion King Deluxe - Disney Classics 100 Years – Art Scale 1:10'' with the simian Rafiki over the Pride Rock raising the prince Simba, followed by his parents, the proud king Mufasa and queen Sarabi, and their butler, the Hornbill bird Zazu, over a diorama base richly decorated with trees and vegetation of the plains in which the scene takes place, surrounded by tribal drawings and symbols from the movie in a side surface that resembles the texture of wood. And the very limited statue ''Lion King 100th – Disney Classics 100 Years – Art Scale 1:10'', with an extremely decorated silver base and a frontal plaque celebrating Disney's 100th anniversary, another special item for fans and collectors to celebrate and remember this centenary, and just like the other previously revealed statues, this one is also made in a limited edition with only 100 units available worldwide.

King Mufasa ruled the animals as their monarch while his brother Scar was charged with leading the group that defended and protected the realm. But his position of power, his envy, and ambition led Scar to believe that he should be king instead. He tried to usurp Mufasa's throne, but his subordinates refused to help him with his plot. After the birth of his nephew, Simba, Scar made plans to get rid of him and his father. Allying himself to a clan of hyenas, he triggered a Wildebeest herd stampede on a gorge, threatening Simba's life and attracting Mufasa to danger, that managed to save his cub, but was murdered by Scar. Scar convinced Simba that he was to blame for the death of his father, which led the cub to self-exile. Scar became the new king, allowing the hyenas to invade the lands, slowly leading the kingdom to ruin. While wandering a desert, Simba collapsed from exhaustion, nearly dying, but was rescued by Timon, a meerkat, and Pumbaa, a boar, that took care of him until he recovered. Simba grew up with them in the jungle, living a relaxed life. When he became a young adult, he rescued Timon and Pumbaa from a starving lion, and recognized his friend Nala, that tried to convince him to return home, telling him that the Pride Lands had became barren lands under the rule of Scar. Initially reluctant, Simba eventually returned to face Scar and defeated him.

Revealed on November 30th, Thursday, in the panel on the Ultra Stage at CCXP 2023 and after exhibited on Iron Studios' booth, with a global Pre-Order already available. Your preorder is an final after receiving your deposit. Cancellation is not possible!

Preorder deadline
● We can normally still order after the deadline.
● The longer you wait the more chance it is sold out , and distributor raise the prices after the deadline.
● Some manufacturers/suppliers use hard deadlines.
● To be 100% sure of delivery and price order before the deadline.

Shipping costs
● Shipping weight specified is only an indication at this point.
● Final shipping costs might be higher!

After product arrival
By default the following is required after your product has arrived:
● You have to pay the remaining due amount within 1 week
● Pick up or ship the product within 2 weeks.
● Preferred is a manual bank transfer to our bank account.
● Alternatively you can transfer the amount via 'PayPal as Friend'.
● Don't forget to add the order number in the description field.
● In case of damage report back to us within 3 weeks after receiving product in our stock.

With heavy/oversized/expensive (+€1000) products:
● You have to pay the full amount a few weeks before arrival at our store!

Background
Due to the limited nature of the products we sell we are obliged to order products in advance at our suppliers to be guaranteed delivery. In recent years some manufacturers even base the editions produced on the number of preorders at the various suppliers. Although a lot of products are generally available for purchase without the need to preorder if you really do not wish to miss out a certain product you are advised to preorder the product before the preorder deadline.

We used to bear the risk of cancellation. If a customer wanted to refrain from a preorder for whatever reason, that was no problem. Due to the fact that a preorder is a real order at our suppliers we have to buy the products. The consequence was that we would regularly be left with considerably expensive and/or difficult-to-sell products which we would then regularly had to sell at great loss. If that only happened sporadically, it would not be such a problem, but this number has risen so high in recent years that we have been forced to request a mandatory deposit.
