Who is Lightning McQueen? The main character and central protagonist of Cars, considered one of Pixar's most popular and successful franchises, began in 2006. The series is set in a world entirely populated by anthropomorphic cars and other vehicles. Lightning McQueen is a professional race car who quickly rose to prominence in his local scene before debuting in the Piston Cup. He had a long and prosperous career, winning several championships before becoming the trainer and head of Cruz Ramirez on the Dinoco racing team. McQueen is typically portrayed as kind and passionate, having found an unlikely home in Radiator Springs, Arizona, where he lives with his best friend Tow Mater, his girlfriend Sally, and many other neighbors. Originally arrogant and self-centered, driven by ambitions to become a professional Piston Cup racer, he gets lost when his transporter takes him to Los Angeles and seeks help on the interstate road when pursued by the sheriff of the small town of Radiator Springs. After causing some chaos in an escape attempt, McQueen is sentenced to community service in the town. He ends up making friends with the locals, especially the distracted Tow Mater, a 1955 Chevrolet tow truck. The film spawned two sequels, Cars 2 (2011) and Cars 3 (2017), as well as two spin-offs, games, comic books, collectibles, and more. Preorder deadline
● We can normally still order after the deadline.
● The longer you wait the more chance it is sold out , and distributor raise the prices after the deadline.
● Some manufacturers/suppliers use hard deadlines.
● To be 100% sure of delivery and price order before the deadline.

Shipping costs
● Shipping weight specified is only an indication at this point.

After product arrival
By default the following is required after your product has arrived:
● You have to pay the remaining due amount within 1 week or let us know something if not your order can be canceled
● Pick up or ship the product within 2 weeks.

● In case of damage report back to us within 3 weeks after receiving product in our stock.

Background
Due to the limited nature of the products we sell we are obliged to order products in advance at our suppliers to be guaranteed delivery. In recent years some manufacturers even base the editions produced on the number of preorders at the various suppliers. Although a lot of products are generally available for purchase without the need to preorder if you really do not wish to miss out a certain product you are advised to preorder the product before the preorder deadline.

We used to bear the risk of cancellation. If a customer wanted to refrain from a preorder for whatever reason, that was no problem. Due to the fact that a preorder is a real order at our suppliers we have to buy the products. The consequence was that we would regularly be left with considerably expensive and/or difficult-to-sell products which we would then regularly had to sell at great loss. If that only happened sporadically, it would not be such a problem, but this number has risen so high in recent years that we have been forced to request a mandatory deposit.

● We normally ship within 1-3 working days if in our warehouse and after payment.
● We always ship items insured and with a signature on delivery.
● You will receive a track & trace code once your item has arrived at PostNL.
