Preorders
Your preorder is a type of order for products that still have to be made/delivered.

Your preorder is an final after receiving your deposit. Cancellation is not possible!

Deposit
● A 10% deposit is mandatory.
● Minimum deposit amount is €25
● Some items have a higher deposit rate.
● Deposit amount will NOT be refunded for ANY reason!
● The total deposit amount will be calculated during checkout.
● Preferred is a manual bank transfer to our bank account.
● Alternatively you can transfer the amount via 'PayPal as Friend'.
● Don't forget to add the order number in the description field.

Preorder deadline
● We can normally still order after the deadline.
● The longer you wait the more chance it is sold out , and distributor raise the prices after the deadline.
● Some manufacturers/suppliers use hard deadlines.
● To be 100% sure of delivery and price order before the deadline.

Shipping costs
● Shipping weight specified is only an indication at this point.
● Final shipping costs might be higher!

After product arrival
By default the following is required after your product has arrived:
● You have to pay the remaining due amount within 1 week or let us know something if not your order can be canceled
● Pick up or ship the product within 2 weeks.
● Preferred is a manual bank transfer to our bank account.
● Alternatively you can transfer the amount via 'PayPal as Friend'.
● Don't forget to add the order number in the description field.
● In case of damage report back to us within 3 weeks after receiving product in our stock.

With heavy/oversized/expensive (+€1000) products:
● You have to pay the full amount a least a few weeks before arrival at our store!

General
Because of long delivery times it is important we can get in contact with you when needed.
● Enter a valid (mobile) telephone number where we can contact you.
● Check if our e-mails arrive in your SPAM folder. Whitelist our email address if possible.
● Keep your personal data up-to-date if something changes like your telephone number and/or address.
● Address change? Let us know BY EMAIL so your existing orders won't be sent to your old address!

Background
Due to the limited nature of the products we sell we are obliged to order products in advance at our suppliers to be guaranteed delivery. In recent years some manufacturers even base the editions produced on the number of preorders at the various suppliers. Although a lot of products are generally available for purchase without the need to preorder if you really do not wish to miss out a certain product you are advised to preorder the product before the preorder deadline.

We used to bear the risk of cancellation. If a customer wanted to refrain from a preorder for whatever reason, that was no problem. Due to the fact that a preorder is a real order at our suppliers we have to buy the products. The consequence was that we would regularly be left with considerably expensive and/or difficult-to-sell products which we would then regularly had to sell at great loss. If that only happened sporadically, it would not be such a problem, but this number has risen so high in recent years that we have been forced to request a mandatory deposit.

Shipping info
● Our local and international shipping provider is PostNL.
● We normally ship within 1-3 working days if in our warehouse and after payment.
● We always ship items insured and with a signature on delivery.
● You will receive a track & trace code once your item has arrived at PostNL.
